RLC Member Privacy Form
f you do not want your child’s photo published (or your own for that matter), just complete the RLC Privacy Form and turn it in to the church. It is located on the Contact Us page. Your child may appear in the background of a group activity without our knowing it, but if you let us know, we will delete the photo.
Also, we do not ever identify, by name, any children or youth under the age of 18 years old without parental or guardian permission. If you have any questions, please contact our Website Manager, Lori Philo-Cook.
We Care About Protecting Your Privacy
Because of the nature of a church, we often spotlight our members on our bulletin boards, in our newsletters, on our website and occasionally through public media. (Note: our newsletters are published on our website.)
But, we recognize that with the advent of the web, information is distributed far beyond our community. Therefore, if you have privacy concerns, we want you to have the opportunity to decline from having your full name and/or photo published.
Our Privacy Policy
-We do not publish full names of children under 18 years of age on our website.
-We do not publish the first name of children on our website, unless we have the permission of a parent.
-We do not publish personal phone numbers on our website.
-We only publish member email addresses as a contact on our website, with prior permission.
-We do not publish our annual report on our website since it includes private information.
-We do publish photos and full names of adult members, unless a member has completed this sheet with instructions not to publish one or both.
-We do publish photos of children on our website, without their names.
